Outstanding place to ship packages
UPS in Bourbon has had a photo order of mine since Nov. 29. I've called and cannot get an answer as to why it is not being sent to North Webster, IN. The update said it's bc of severe weather in North Dakota. This is the first time in my life that I have ever been thoroughly disappointed in UPS. This was supposed to be a gift, and I've been waiting almost three weeks to receive the photos to make a scrapbook. HORRIBLE experience!
I’ve had two incidents where the UPS delivery truck has slowed at the end of my drive and didn’t deliver my items. Then I get an email notification saying the deliver is delayed because of weather or natural disaster. Really?......Huh. Not a happy customer.
On Wednesday of last week, the day before Thanksgiving I was expecting a delivery of a package that I needed for Thanksgiving. However I had to leave to pick my granddaughter up from daycare at noon and apparently the package came at 12:30. Once I realized I had missed him I called. Everybody was very helpful from the one who answered the phone to the people at the customer service center. They were more than accommodating and helping me to retrieve my package thank you all and have a happy and wonderful
